Precision Healthcare Announces Personnel Changes

Brian Smith, the current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at BAI Healthcare Services will also take on a new role as President of Precision Healthcare. Jeff Piscadlo has joined Precision Healthcare as Vice President of Business Development.

As President of Precision Healthcare, Brian will ensure long-term profitability and drive innovation and dynamic growth for the organization, its providers and patients. In his role as CFO and COO of BAI Healthcare, Brian was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s expansion efforts, which resulted in the opening of eight new ambulatory infusion centers across two states and generating revenues of approximately $130MM.

Prior to his role at BAI Healthcare, Brian served as a consultant to various healthcare, media and tech companies. He also has strong experience in financial analysis and planning for healthcare businesses ranging from pediatrics to senior care and physical therapy. He has handled mergers and acquisitions and has been on the front lines of growing a business to incredible revenues, sometimes exceeding $100 million. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Master’s in Business Administration from DePaul University.

Jeff Piscadlo, Vice President of Business Development, Precision Healthcare

Jeff comes to Precision Healthcare from McKesson Specialty Health where he served as Vice President of the Rheumatology and Gastroenterology group which he successful grew over 40 percent and generated $180 million in new business in two years. Jeff experienced many roles in his 12 years at McKesson, working as a sales manager and leader, operations leader, marketing manager and medical sales consultant. Prior to his time at McKesson, Jeff worked at Deloitte Tax LLP as an accounting staff consultant. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College of Business at Xavier University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Williams College of Business.

In his new role, Jeff will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing providers and patients and expanding Precision Healthcare infusion centers to new regions across the U.S.
