Pfizer Animal Health Recalls Animal Drug, Terramycin

hpj.com -- Pfizer Animal Health is voluntarily recalling eight production lots of Terramycin (oxytetracycline HCI) Scours Tablets. Working in cooperation with the Food and Drug Administration, Pfizer Animal Health voluntarily initiated this recall when it was determined that certain lots manufactured by a third-party vendor contained an active pharmaceutical ingredient that was sourced from a facility prior to reapproval by the FDA.
