Lonza Group Ltd. Announces Free June BioResearch Webinar: Pluripotent Stem Cells - From Research To Therapy

16 June and 17 June 2015.
Pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) have the ability to generate all 220+ cell types found within the human body. This unique attribute means they offer great potential for basic research, drug discovery and cell replacement therapies.
In 2011 Lonza began the development of a clinical grade master cell bank to support researchers in the field. This process uncovered the need for a wider range of tools to support those working with PSCs in order to help solve a number of technical challenges.
Today Lonza is providing these tools, as well as a range of educational materials to support the users of PSCs. As part of this process, the 60-minute webinar is aimed at helping researchers streamline PSC workflow through various stages of research and development enabling them to save time, effort and money. The topics covered will include:
