Copenhagen, Denmark; May 31, 2013 – Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announced today the establishment of a Sponsored Level 1 ADR program in the United States. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas will act as the depositary bank for the Genmab ADR program.
