Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE: EBS) has announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, May 22, 2014 beginning at 9:00 AM Eastern at the Sheraton Rockville Hotel, 920 King Farm Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland 20850.

Following the formal portion of the meeting, a member of the company’s senior management will provide a brief corporate update, including a discussion of the company’s business activities, financial outlook and current news.
