Emergent BioSolutions Announces Management Changes

ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE:EBS) announced today the consolidation of the president and chief operating officer position. With this change, Daniel J. Abdun-Nabi, the company’s president, will also take on the role of chief operating officer. In this combined role, Mr. Abdun-Nabi will oversee all of the company's product development, manufacturing and corporate affairs activities. Mr. Abdun-Nabi will continue to report to Fuad El-Hibri, chairman and chief executive officer of the company.
