eCardio Diagnostics Announces Three Executive Appointments to Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President

HOUSTON, May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- eCardio Diagnostics (www.ecardio.com) announces three executive appointments in an effort to maximize efficiencies to the benefit of its clients and the patients they serve.

"The continued growth that eCardio has experienced during the past year has provided us with an opportunity to expand the roles of three members of our senior leadership team," said Larry Lawson, President & Chief Executive Officer.

Robert Jordan, Executive Vice President, will hold the additional position of Chief Operating Officer. Jordan will continue to provide the organization with strategic direction, but also focus on the operational side of patient, client and field-facing functions.

John Untereker, formerly Vice President & Chief Financial officer, has been appointed to the position of Executive Vice President &CFO. Untereker will continue to be responsible for eCardio's fiscal functions and performance, as well as administration and asset management.

Andrew Arroyo continues in his role of Vice President of Information Technology, but also has an expanded role that includes Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Arroyo will be responsible for product development, IT infrastructure and ensuring effective and efficient use of digital assets.
