(NYSE:AGN) invites you to listen to David Pyott, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jeff Edwards, Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Development, Chief Financial Officer, discuss the Company's 2005 fourth quarter results on Thursday, February 2, 2006. If Allergan has not received antitrust clearance from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in connection with the acquisition of Inamed Corporation (NASDAQ:IMDC) and the pending exchange offer for all outstanding Inamed common stock has not been completed by February 2, 2006, the conference call will only report on Allergan's 2005 actual results and will include limited 2006 guidance.
