Sharon Tetlow Appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Pathwork Diagnostics

Ms. Tetlow joins Pathwork Diagnostics after serving most recently as Senior Vice President and CFO of Cell Genesys, Inc., a company previously focused on the development and commercialization of novel biological therapies for patients with cancer, which she was instrumental in selling to BioSante (BPAX). Ms. Tetlow has over 25 years of finance experience managing complex financial dealings in both public and private companies and has participated in multi-million dollar corporate sales. Prior to joining Cell Genesys, Ms. Tetlow served as a venture partner with Apax Partners, a private equity and venture firm, and as Senior Vice President and CFO of diaDexus, where she raised private capital to fund the development and successful launch of the company’s first product. She also held previous CFO positions with Reprogen, Inc. and Terrapin Technologies, Inc. Ms. Tetlow received her M.B.A. from Stanford University and B.A. from the University of Delaware, graduating Magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
