Daiichi Pharmaceutical (TSE: 4505) has announced that it will convert Saitama Daiichi into a wholly owned subsidiary through stock exchange.
This subsidiarisation is part of structural reform Daiichi Pharmaceutical Group has conducted. The company intends to increase business efficiency and improve achievement through this. This will be executed as of April 1st, 2004.
