BD Announces New Leadership for BD Biosciences
San Jose, Calif., June 17, 2019 – BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company, today announced the appointment of Puneet Sarin to worldwide president,BD Biosciences, effective today.
In his new role, Puneet will be responsible for driving the global strategic, operational and commercial performance across BD Biosciences while advancing the innovation pipeline, associate engagement and customer experience for the business.
Prior to joining BD, Puneet was senior vice president & general manager of the Chemistry and Immunoassay business unit at Beckman Coulter, an operating company of Danaher Corporation. Puneet was with Danaher for almost 6 years where he previously held other roles with Beckman Coulter in the Chemistry & Immunoassay and Pathology Imaging business unit (within Leica Biosystems). Before joining Beckman Coulter, Puneet worked for GE where he held roles of increasing leadership and responsibility in their Industrial, Energy and Healthcare divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.
