The Company’s financial results reflect the consolidated results of Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Micron Products, Inc. (“Micron”), and the discontinued operations of RMDDxUSA Corp. and RMDDx Corporation (collectively “WirelessDx”).
