BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) announced today that it has agreed to sell an aggregate of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. Array has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares are being offered by Array. The offering is expected to close on or about May 7, 2007, subject to customary conditions.
