Wbjournal.com -- Westborough-based environmental laboratory Alpha Analytical has acquired Boston Analytical Inc. of Salem, N.H. Under terms of the acquisition agreement, Boston Analytical will retain its name and all of its current staff. The company’s two top executives, Gary Feinstein, CEO, and Robert McBride, president, will also keep their jobs.
