CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Nov. 10, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voyager Therapeutics (NASDAQ:VYGR), a clinical-stage gene therapy company focused on developing life-changing treatments for severe neurological diseases, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 5,175,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $12.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares of common stock issued and sold in the offering at the closing include 675,000 shares issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares in the offering were sold by Voyager.
