George S. Brenner, MBA, CPA joins Vigilare International as Vice President, Finance and Administration.
RADNOR, PA –5 October 2015 – Vigilare International today announced that George S. Brenner, MBA, CPA has joined Vigilare International as Vice President, Finance and Administration.
Mr. Brenner is a financial professional with over thirty years of experience in finance, accounting, drug, device and diagnostic development process management; budget and forecasting, financial statement preparation, financial analysis, cash management, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, administration, and project management responsibilities. He is a results-driven, decisive leader with proven success in strategic thinking and problem solving and a track record of realizing double digit revenue growth and operating margin for 10+ years.
Mr. Brenner is a respected financial veteran with top-tier experience in contract research organizations (CROs). His responsibilities for Vigilare International include finance, accounting, legal, and business administration. Prior to joining Vigilare, George held positions as Senior Vice President Global Business Services at Numoda Corporation, Vice President, at United BioSource Corporation (UBC), Chief Financial Officer at RadPharm, Inc., Vice President, Finance and Administration at Covance – Periapproval Division, and Vice President of Finance for the Philadelphia Association for Clinical Trials (PACT), Director Corporate Audit and Control, Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, and Audit Supervisor with Deloitte and Touche.
Mr. Brenner earned his B.S. degree in accounting as well as his MBA from LaSalle University.
