Vascular Dynamics Inc. has raised $8.6 million of a potential $15.3 million, according to a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
The Mountain View-based company sold equity to raise the funds. The company is developing an implantable stent-like device to treat hypertension by correction of inflexible arterial motion, according to its LinkedIn profile.
