SALT LAKE CITY, March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ECR Booth #314/Expo C -- Varian Medical Systems, Inc. , X-Ray Products, will be showcasing its full line of PaxScan(R) X-ray image detectors for filmless imaging at the European Congress of Radiology Annual (ECR) meeting in Vienna, Austria from March 4 - 8, 2010. Varian will also highlight X-ray tubes for fluoroscopy, angiography, cardiology and cone-beam CT imaging.
“The PaxScan(R) radiographic panel series includes the 4336R, a 43cm x 36cm detector, which is our most versatile panel within the line. It is designed to replace standard film cassettes used in existing radiographic and multi-bucky applications,” said Kimmel. “And with the addition of the optional 4336R enclosure, the panel can also be used in mobile imaging systems, allowing vastly improved access to the patient and capture of images from any patient position.”
