(OTCBB: UVFT) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a television joint venture agreement with Stardust International TV, of San Bernardino Ca., for the filming of a 60 second commercial, along with a 10 minute, “mini-infomercial.” The commercial will run locally, regionally, and nationally, on a variety of television networks, including Comcast and Direct TV. The commercials will be run several hundred times to a potential audience of over 40 million households, while the mini-infomercial will run 4 times weekly to a variety of television stations.
