The first evaluates hematological effects of tedizolid compared to linezolid (Zyvox®) and observes significantly fewer adverse platelet outcomes in patients receiving tedizolid. A second presentation examines the pharmacokinetic behavior of Trius’ antibiotic in an adolescent population.
