Oct 13 (Reuters) - Tripos Inc. (TRPS.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said its Chief Financial Officer B. James Rubin resigned, effective Oct. 12, but will remain as the company's senior vice president. The company, in a regulatory filing, said the board appointed John Yingling, vice president and chief accounting officer, to serve as CFO. (Reporting by Ankur Relia in Bangalore)
