Trillium Therapeutics Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Requirement

Trillium Therapeutics Inc. (“Trillium” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ/TSX: TRIL), a clinical stage immuno-oncology company developing innovative therapies for the treatment of cancer, today announced that the Company has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market minimum bid price requirement, and the matter is now closed.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Jan. 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Trillium Therapeutics Inc. (“Trillium” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ/TSX: TRIL), a clinical stage immuno-oncology company developing innovative therapies for the treatment of cancer, today announced that the Company has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market minimum bid price requirement, and the matter is now closed.

According to the letter received from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for a minimum of 10 consecutive days, and the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
