Mr. Smith joins TTS with 20 years’ experience as an operational executive in the high-tech sector, focused on biotech, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Co-founder and previous CEO Raymond F. Vennare will transition to the role of Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning.
