About CASPR Group:
CASPR Group offers a range of new and unique technologies for a wide array of healthcare services. Our flagship product, CASPR Medik™, is installed in healthcare settings to naturally reduce the micro-burden on all surfaces.
CASPR began its U.S. operations on October 31, 2016. Since, CASPR has been developing its technology and testing its efficacy against clinically relevant pathogens in an independent laboratory. The CASPR Medik technology is a continuous 24/7, facility-wide treatment that’s safe to use in occupied healthcare spaces.
CASPR technology has been installed and studied in several hospital trials. Results to date have demonstrated up to an 80% reduction in bacterial and fungal micro-burdens and a significant reduction in the incidence of MRSA and VRE. Departments being trialed have also experienced a large reduction in employee absenteeism.
“We’ve been able to reduce the level of pathogens between 8 and 10-fold,” says Daniel Marsh, GM of Healthcare for CASPR. “Wouldn’t you want your facility to be 10 times cleaner if you could make that happen?”
