STANFORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Peter Kornfeld, MD, a clinical professor of medicine at the Stanford University School of Medicine who made pioneering contributions to the understanding and treatment of the autoimmune neuromuscular disorder known as myasthenia gravis, died Feb. 2 at Stanford Hospital. He was 81.
