Sponsor And CRO Finalists Announced For Annual Society For Clinical Research Sites Eagle Award

ELLICOTT CITY, Md., Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), the trade organization representing over 1,500 global clinical research sites in 37 countries, announces today the finalists for the 2014 SCRS Eagle Award. The finalists were selected from a record number of nominations provided by SCRS members. Qualifying nominees received were in the 75th percentile or higher of the total nominations submitted for the Eagle Award. Voting is now open to all clinical research site professionals, and closes September 16, 2014.

The SCRS Eagle Award recognizes outstanding leadership, professionalism, integrity, passion and dedication to advancing the clinical research profession through a strong site partnership.

The 2014 sponsor nominees are: AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Eli Lilly & Company, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Forest Laboratories, Inc., GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Pearl Therapeutics, Pfizer and Sanofi.

The 2014 CRO nominees are: Chiltern International, ICON plc, INC Research, inVentiv Health, Parexel International, Pharmaceutical Research Associates (PRA), Quintiles, and Target Health Inc.
