As a Managing Consultant, Sambyal will support Viscadia’s clients by analyzing their business performance, as well as optimize the execution of their commercial strategies. Sambyal’s areas of expertise include segmentation and targeting; forecasting; promotion mix modeling; sales force size and structure analysis; call plan design; incentive compensation design; launch optimization and performance tracking.
Prior to joining Viscadia, Sambyal worked with such clients as Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare, Abbott Vascular and IMS Health. He started his career as a financial analyst with Capital One before joining the world’s largest pure-play analytical consulting company, Mu Sigma, Inc.

Sambyal earned his MBA from E. Philip Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology and a BE from Siva Subramania Nadar College of Engineering in Chennai, India.
