Private Equity Hub -- Sleep Solutions Inc., a Pasadena, Md.-based developer of medical technologies for the sleep disorder market, has raised $20 million in new equity funding, according to a regulatory filing. Adele Oliva of Quaker BioVentures is listed as a new director.
