(SIX/SFZN) All closing conditions on the path toward Siegfried‘s acquisition of BASF’s pha r- maceutical supply business have been fulfilled. T hey include regulatory assurance issued by Swissmedic that the necessary approval for the Evionnaz production site will be provided in time for the closing.
Siegfried a ssumes that the agreements between Siegfried and BASF ( c losing) a nd the co n- nected transfer of the chemical - pharmaceutical production sites in France, Germany and Switzerland will be enforced as planned on September 30, 2015.
