The Board of Directors of Siegfried Holding AG (SIX:SFZN) will propose to the annual
Shareholder’s Meeting on 14 April 2010 the appointment of Andreas Casutt,
LL.M. to the Board for a term of three years.
Andreas Casutt (born 1963) holds a law degree from the University of Zurich and was
awarded on LL.M. degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. In 2002, he
was appointed partner in the law firm Niederer, Kraft & Frey in Zurich. He also serves
on the board of Horizon21 and several other privately owned companies.
