Settlement Reached Between Dilon Technologies and Naviscan PET Systems, Inc.

NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Dilon Technologies, LLC of Newport News, Virginia and Naviscan PET Systems, Inc. of San Diego, California have settled their lawsuit over Dilon's medical imaging equipment. On May 24, 2007 Naviscan filed suit against Dilon in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California for possible patent infringement of six U.S. patents directed to technology for detecting breast cancer. The parties were able to quickly resolve the matter to the great satisfaction of Dilon's President, Lon Slane, and General COB, Bob Moussa. With the lawsuit now behind them, the parties are hopeful that joint cooperation will be part of their futures as they seek to advance the fight against breast cancer.
