ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2006--SenoRx, Inc. today announced that it has reached a settlement agreement with Suros Surgical Systems related to a suit that Suros filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in February 2005. The suit filed by Suros alleged patent infringement by SenoRx of Suros' U.S. Patent No. 5,997,560.
