Berlin and Dortmund, Germany, November 03, 2016: SCIENION AG today announced the launch of its sciREADER FL2 for fluorescent detection of multiplex assays at Medica 2016. With the sciREADER FL2 SCIENION extends its reader portfolio to provide customers with best quality equipment for total multiplexing solutions.
The sciREADER FL2 distinguishes itself with a high resolution imaging technology and easy data analysis inherited from our sciREADER CL2. Equipped with up to 3 fluorescent channels it can be applied for all common used blue, green and red fluorescent dyes that are excited using LEDs with specific wavelengths. It’s the only reader on the market which allows for high quality imaging of 96 well plates for standard fluorescence single parameter assays and multiplexed arrays. Operators benefit from exceptional ease of use software including automated spot finding, image analysis and evaluation of single arrays or array batches. Customization of array layout, analysis and reporting makes it the perfect tool for clinical diagnostics and life science research.
“The sciREADER family combines superior imaging technology and sets new standards in the analysis and evaluation of one well assays and multiplexed microarrays”, says Holger Eickhoff, CEO of SCIENION AG. “With the seamless integration of spotting patterns like GAL files and unique software features for spot adjustment, re-analysis and interpretation of analysis results we believe it’s the best solution on the market and adds unsurpassed value to our product portfolio and mission to offer complete solutions for multiplexed diagnostics.”
sciREADER FL2 will be introduced at Medica, November 14-17, 2016; in Düsseldorf, Germany. Please visit our booth 3A42.
