PARIS, Feb 28 (Reuters) - French drugmaker Sanofi-Aventis (SASY.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday that the U.S. patent trial of its blockbuster Plavix blood thinner was postponed to June 12 from its previously scheduled early April start date.
