Rho To Highlight Clinical Trial Expertise, Recruit New Team Members During ACRP 2017

The industry-leading CRO is looking to fill 16 open positions at the company

WHAT: Rho, a full-service contract research organization (CRO), is hiring for a variety of clinical research positions and will be looking to meet potential applicants as well as host two presentations at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) during the group’s 2017 Meeting & Expo, taking place from April 28 to May 2 in Seattle, Washington. The company is looking to hire 16 new employees for the ever-growing organization, as well as share its expertise on putting patient-centric principles into practice and achieving clarity in communications.

With more than 33 years of extremely low employee turnover, Rho is committed to providing good, stable, high-paying jobs with excellent and unique benefits. Rho recently was named a Best Places to Work by the Triangle Business Journal for the fifth year in a row, has received the CRO Leadership Award from industry leading publication Life Science Leader and was recognized as a Trustworthy Business by Trust Across America.

“Rho is continuing to expand its capabilities as a leader in the CRO industry, and we owe all of our success to the smart, talented, and hardworking people at the company,” said Brook White, executive director, Corporate Communications at Rho. “We want to continue trending towards excellence by providing our employees with ample opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally.”

On Sunday, April 30, Shann Williams, senior director operations, will host “Achieving Clarity in Your Communications: Say What You Mean,” to share simple strategies companies can apply immediately to improve communications, set the context, clear up confusion and foster collaboration and progress in the clinical research environment.

The next day, Ryan Bailey, senior clinical researcher, Shann Williams, senior director operations, and Derek Lawrence, senior clinical data manager, share which factors matter to patients and how to design trials that honor their needs and desires. Strategies presented cover all phases of the research process, including trial design, site selection, patient interaction, data collection and study closeout.

Guests are invited to stop by Rho’s booth (#214) to discuss opportunities for job seekers and learn more from Rho’s experts.
