CHARLESTON, S.C., April 12, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutions Medical Corporation (“Revolutions Medical” or the “Company”) (OTCQB:RMCP) announced today that it has entered into a marketing and distribution agreement with Sungwon Medical Co., Ltd., (“Sungwon Medical” or “Sungwon”), a medical equipment and device distribution company based in Cheongju City, South Korea, to distribute the Company’s RevVac™ auto-retractable vacuum safety syringe. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Sungwon was granted exclusive distribution rights of the RevVac™ safety syringe in South Korea with minimum order requirements of 1.5 million units per quarter. Sungwon will work with the Company to register the product with the South Korean Food and Drug Administration prior to distributing the product in South Korea. Sungwon also placed an order with the Company mainly for initial marketing and product awareness.
