Procter & Gamble Co.'s Braun division in Germany has agreed to sell its thermometer and blood pressure monitoring business to the same company that markets its Vicks brand. Financial terms of the deal with New York-based Kaz Inc. were not disclosed. The partnership also includes a licensing agreement that permits Kaz to market the products, which include Thermoscan digital thermometers and wrist blood pressure monitors, under the Braun name.
