Older men who take testosterone are more likely to have a heart attack or stroke or die over the next few years, new research indicates. The study included men who were in their early 60s, on average. Most of them already had blocked heart arteries, high blood pressure, diabetes and other health problems. So it’s unclear what the findings mean for younger, healthier men who take testosterone, researchers said.
