HAIFA, Israel, June 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq:PSTI) (TASE:PSTI) today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements to sell 6,800,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 4,080,000 shares of common stock at a combined price of $2.50 per share and related warrants. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $17.0 million. The warrants have an exercise price of $2.85 per share of common stock, are immediately exercisable and expire 5 years from the closing of this offering.
Maxim Group LLC acted as lead placement agent for the offering.
The offering is expected to close on or around June 30, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
