Participants will get the latest information on Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) guidelines as well as updated drug lists and concentration limits. A new method using SPE followed by analysis by LC/MS/MS will be presented, which decreases solvent usage and processing time while maintaining high recoveries for all target drug compounds. Some common problems with new and emerging methods will also be addressed and resolved.
