Phenomenex, Inc. Brings Together Experts and Viewpoints on Columns and UHPLC at Pittcon

Torrance, CA (January 24XX, 2011) – Phenomenex Inc., a global leader in the research and manufacture of advanced technologies for the separation sciences, will co-chair with Eli Lilly a workshop at Pittcon 2011 on columns in UHPLC. The workshop will feature speakers from column and instrument manufacturers as well as expert users from pharmaceutical companies Abbot and Eli Lilly.

Participants will hear first-hand accounts of the effects of the various recent innovations in column packings on UHPLC performance as well as a discussion of current trends and goals for future product improvements. Sub-2 µm particle columns as well as new core-shell media will be discussed.

The workshop, UHPLC- Instrument Influences on Maximizing Separation Performance,” will be offered Monday, March 14 at 2:00 p.m. in room 409 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
