(TSX VENTURE:PII), today announced that it has named Bert Loveless chief financial officer ("CFO") effective November 6, 2006. Effective the same date, the Company will accept the resignation of the current CFO, Lawrence Tjan, who is leaving the Company to pursue other interests.
