WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PharmaStem Therapeutics, Inc. announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has confirmed all the claims in its pioneering patents regarding umbilical cord blood stem cells. The Patent Office had previously granted third party requests to reexamine U.S. Patent Nos. 5,004,681, 5,192,553, 6,461,645 and 6,569,427, and has now concluded, after reexamination, that all of the claims are valid.
