Bridge to offer next-generation occupier services to biotech industry and other users of lab space
January 15, 2019, Boston, Massachusetts – Perry and Scheer Partners today announce the formation of Bridge, an advisory group providing workspace services to biotechnology and other users of advanced, functionally-driven workspaces and consulting services to the laboratory real estate investor community.
Bridge will offer an established Boston-based real estate platform and best-in-class location analytics with a veteran perspective on science-focused real estate. Bridge will combine its own staff, along with certain existing staff of both Perry and Scheer. Among other things, Bridge will extensively apply “GOsaic,” Perry’s proprietary geostatistical set of analytical tools, in its advisory to help businesses make optimal workspace location choices.
