PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paragon BioTeck, Inc., a privately-held pharmaceutical and medical device company, announced today that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with global healthcare supplier Perrigo Company plc to promote the ilast® range of products for eyelid hygiene in the United States.
