SMRT Analysis 2.2 provides enhanced functionality to support two additional applications that uniquely benefit from the company’s long-read sequencing technology: Iso-Seq™ full-length transcript/isoform sequencing, and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) haplotype phasing.
