In this capacity, Mary Jane will also join and play a critical role on the Orbis Executive Leadership Team. The new position strengthens Orbis’s commitment to creating a thriving team and company culture as the nonprofit works to combat avoidable blindness worldwide. Mary Jane has extensive experience working across cultures to understand the unique demands of global HR practices and has an impressive track record with various nonprofits and impact organizations for improving organizational structure and innovating cutting-edge HR systems.
