Tokyo, May 30, 2006 (JCN) - OncoTherapy Science (OTC) announced on May 29 that it has agreed with Tokushukai to establish joint venture company Future Medical Care Research Center in mid-June. To be capitalized at 100 million yen ($900,000), the new company will provide support for clinical trials and research activities. In particular, the new company will focus on genomic drug development and advanced medical treatment in the cancer field.
