Nutriband Inc. with Kindeva Drug Delivery have selected the target AVERSA™ formulation to take forward into commercial scale manufacturing process development for the Company’s patented lead product, AVERSA™ Fentanyl, an abuse-deterrent fentanyl transdermal system.

ORLANDO, FL / ACCESSWIRE / April 4, 2023 / Nutriband Inc.(“Company”) (NASDAQ:NTRB)(NASDAQ:NTRBW) with Kindeva Drug Delivery (“Kindeva”) have selected the target AVERSA™ formulation to take forward into commercial scale manufacturing process development for the Company’s patented lead product, AVERSA™ Fentanyl, an abuse-deterrent fentanyl transdermal system. AVERSA™ Fentanyl contains Nutriband’s proprietary transdermal abuse deterrent technology which can be manufactured using standard commercial transdermal manufacturing processes and is currently available for incorporation into a variety of transdermal patch products.

AVERSA™ Fentanyl combines Nutriband’s proprietary AVERSA™ abuse-deterrent transdermal technology and Kindeva’s FDA-approved transdermal fentanyl patch system. AVERSA™ Fentanyl was recently estimated to have the potential to reach peak annual US sales of $80M - $200M.1
