On June 26, 2007, upon completion of the requisite due diligence by both parties, the Company executed an engagement letter with S.W. Hatfield, CPA of Dallas, Texas, to initially audit the Company’s financial statements as of and for the respective years ended December 31, 2005 and 2006, and to provide ongoing auditing and other required assurance services to the Company.
